Finished the xilprg ISF-access stuff. Successfully tested with Amontec JTAGkey & XC3S700AN develboard. Reading+writing works (at least for me). Documentation here.
Just in case someone else will ever need this, though I doubt it.
Btw.: If you change the bscan_spi core and a few bits in xilprg, you can use this to program an external SPI-flash connected to a Spartan3E/A(N) as well. Patches welcome!
